Failed pressure test

Hello

It is often suggested that watches are pressure tested prior to wearing then to go swimming. Has anyone had a watch which has failed a pressure test?

If so, can you tell us why, how old the watch was, when it had previously been serviced etc

I suspect that watches failing pressure tests are very rare.
