16570 - 2005/6 Rolex Explorer II Polar
I am selling my Rolex Explorer II white dial.
This watch was bought from Watchfinder in December 2015, receipts will be included for reassurance. The papers are purchase dated 2006 but I believe it may be a 2005 piece. (I'm not at home as I type this but I will check this later and update the thread). It was bought with papers but no box. Watchfinder did supply a genuine Rolex box with it but it isn't an Explorer II box. It is pictured and will be supplied with the sale. The watch is in excellent condition. The strap has very little stretch. There is the usual desk rash on the underside of the wrist but nothing deep. I did look into having the watch polished to remove this but a number of watchmakers said that you don't really need to do this (this is the first decent watch I have sold), if this is wrong I would appreciate someone letting me know? The case edges are still sharp, if that's the right word, as it has probably never been polished before. I am open to sensible offers on this, I have already had a quote from Watchfinder so I know where the offer needs to be for me to consider it. Thanks for looking |
