2000 Submariner 2 Tone Bracelet Stretch

I have a two tone blue Submariner year 2000 and as you can see from the pics, I have some stretch in the bracelet. But, only the links that attach to the actual watch are stretched enough to need repair. One is much worse than the other! Of course, I'm concerned it'll break and simply slip off of my wrist..!
Is it possible to get just these fixed somewhere in the UK? What kind of process? Pics attached:
