For you all who own an apple watch and use it for exercise, don't you need to wear the AW all the time to get the maximum health metrics and benefits? All that heart metrics sounds cool but if you only wear it for an hour a day you don't get the benefits of all those metrics. Is this correct? IF yes, why wouldn't one just wear a Fitbit Charge 2 on one wrist as its just a band not a watch, and a Rolex on the other? Thoughts?
