These are my dials I brought about 5 years ago. I can't remember where I brought them from. The watches I was going to install these into are long gone. So my two questions are

1) Are these service dials and do they going a 16610 and which no date does the other one go into

2) why does the back of the funny.

3) How much do they go for now
