First time, long time, needing help

I am already quite deep in the game with tendency towards more vintage pieces now. Looking forward to immersing myself to more watch contents and discussions. I think TRF is not as big/busy as others but the discussion quality is much better.

I am actually here to seek help/information regarding a service provider that comes very well recommended here. My experience has been unsatisfactory and would like to check whether it's normal. It is a non-Rolex vintage watch, so I am unsure where to post the thread. I am based 10,000 miles away and operate in a different timezone so it is hard to follow up in person.

Any suggestions on which subforum to post?
