Daytona back from RSC!

I just got my beloved SS Daytona 116520 back from RSC. It took about 4 weeks and cost $1,000 to Rolex and $122 to my AD for shipping/ insurance. My AD in ATL (Brown & Co.) sent it to the RSC in Pennsylvania, where they say they consistently get the best service and turn-around time.

It had the usual scratches and wear and tear, and the Chrono feature had stopped working reliably. It required no new parts other than the ones they ALWAYS replace: mainspring and gaskets. Looks absolutely brand new, I couldn't be happier!

It came back with all the following:
-Green Rolex velvet snap pouch
-2 year Rolex warrantee card and letter
-Letter of replacement value from Rolex, which states it would be replaced with the Ceramic bezel version, good for insurance
-White Rolex microfiber cleaning cloth
-Booklet on worldwide Rolex service
-Form to include for next service

Really first class!
