For me, lately it's been this Pam690.

The blue, sandwich, sunburst dial (which Panerai refers to as "ocean blue") is simply stunning and is arguably the very best sunburst dial out there. The handwound movement is a simple pleasure to wind and beautiful to look at. I've never owned a manual wind before and had some reservations ... but no more

The assolutamente leather strap, gold hands and the domed sapphire crystal combine to give it sort of a vintage vibe which I really like.

Every time I strap this one on I smile !
