Expensive Watches & the Folks Who Wear Them

Curious if any of you encountered this watch-related article awhile back (2013) and follow-up blog response. The topic/rant is debatable to a certain extent and obviously not applicable to everyone who shares an avid interest in high-end (aka expensive) timepieces. On the other hand, this distasteful stereotype described at length by the first author (Nolan) is definitely out there and chances are, we have all crossed paths with a few of these cretins somewhere along the way.
