AP ROO Overwinding?

Hi, I have been using an AP ROO Navy daily for the last year, everything was fine, and then suddenly this happens.

It seems that after 20 winds, it feels heavier or met with more resistant and sounds differently, like something is breaking. Is it possible to break the mechanism when you "overwind" it?

Also, when I try to screw down the crown, sometimes the minute hand moves a few minutes ahead.

Is this something that I should be worried about?
