New Member Quick Question

As a long time lurker but new to actually posting on here:

What is the best way to be notified of when someone responds to your post?

If I’m the OP of the thread, I’d likely be interested in each post, so I can have that thread “subscribed” in my user CP and I can be notified, even instantly via email, if a new post has been added.

But what about all the other threads where I am not the OP, and where I am may not care to be notified of each new post in the thread, but if someone quotes me and responds or asks me a question, I’d like to be able to be notified of just that post. Is that possible?
