If it ain't broke don't fix it.
You say "you dont ever take it off long enough for it to stop" if it is off your wrist for more than 24 hours, it would not stop but it would certainly appreciate a wind. As far as losing time, (10 seconds a day can add up quickly) I would double check that number. Try the winding it as 1Watchdawg suggests, If it stays the same then address it when the watch Requires service because it completely stopped working .
