Blemish on new Rolex Day-Date

Hello,

I bought a new Rolex 118238 Day-Date on eBay from a known and trusted seller 10 days ago. Today I discovered two blemishes on the dial, one is a small hair stuck inside the paint on the word “Swiss” at 6 o’clock. The other blemish is on the minute track at 5 o’clock where there is a tiny glob of paint on the track marking it fatter than the rest.
I contacted Rolex service center, and they said it would have to be send to them for repair, with a 3-4 month wait.
At this point I would rather just return the watch, would other people on this thread do the same, or different?
