Rolex 168000 - what serial numbers are legit?

Hi, I'm purchasing a 168000 and the serial # starts with R59

There is original box but no papers.

Also, the seller told me that they have another Rolex 168000 with papers but the papers only say 16800 and he says that is "normal"

Can anyone validate these claims? The seller is a trusted seller and gets good reviews per this forum.
