My First Rolex - wahoo!!

So after many years of watch collecting I finally joined the family. I jumped around to different Rolex models and couldn't make up my mind. In the end the deciding factor for my first one came down to two important features. It needed to be ceramic so that it wouldn't scratch easy and the glidelock feature. My wrist is 7.75 and most watches I own are either loose or tight. Very hard to have that perfect fit and be comfortable. This will not be my last Rolex. Short list below of my choices:

Short list (1 will be next purchase):
1. Submariner (Date/ND)
- I didn't want to get a Sub because they are so common and almost cliché. There is a reason though why they are so well looked upon. ND was classic and loved the symmetrical dial. Date is nice to have, but I never use it really.
2. Yachtmaster blue dial
- Gorgeous watch and is my second favorite. Didn't purchase due to possibility/likelihood of scratches on bezel. I like the PCL, but hate the scratches
3. DJ41 (Open to all configurations) - even older model
- Classic Rolex with a timeless design
4. Milgauss (white or blue)
- Very cool option that to me is not a typical Rolex. Fun and cool (Didn't like thickness)
5. LV
- Always wanted a Hulk. Almost bought one two yrs ago (stupid me). I just can't pay over Retail for used watch and on waiting list at my local AD (not holding my breathe)
6. BLNR
- Very cool watch and love the color scheme. Did not like the lack of date setting feature. How is that not a PITA every other month?

I ended up with the Submariner. Love it so far and can't stop looking at it. I would like to give a shout out to Brad at Premier Time. He spent time with me on the phone and helped my feel comfortable with the purchase. Watch was as described and was an easy transaction. I would definitely purchase another watch from him without hesitation. I was super nervous wiring money to a complete stranger, but his customer service was spot on. He sent me additional pictures and a video which made me feel better. Been on forum so the motto of buy seller not watch holds true. Sorry for the long rant - Here are some pictures.
