Belated intro, and thanks

I joined a couple years ago, and love all the fun and info. My interest had been slowly building since five or six years ago, and after a "first nice watch purchase" (Older style Chr. Ward C60 GMT) I started to uncover what I really wanted.

The detailed info here helped a lot, and I ended up scoring an M serial Pepsi from David SW one year ago. Love it!

The plan has always been to source a 97200 bracelet to go with it, and finally bought a SubC no date a couple weeks ago (again, from David SW, thx!) to steal the bracelet and then flip on an Everest.

It took about a day to get used to the beefier bracelet on my Pepsi, but I love the adjustability and comfort is great!

I did try the 114060 on Everest strap for a few hours, and found I loved it. The rubber strap really helps overcome the appearance of the overly-thick lugs. But, I'll still flip it once I get the pics sorted. Maybe I'll re-buy later... :-)

Thanks again for a great community.
