14060 bezel insert - fat four?

First time poster who’s spent way too long in these forums already :)

I’ve been looking into procuring a 14060 (not a 14060M) and I’m trying to figure out if the original bezel insert would have had a “fat four” font or the skinny four on the number 40.

I’ve seen both fonts on the 14060s and can’t figure out if it’s because I’m seeing serviced / replaced bezel inserts or if Rolex just released both variants for the 14060s.

It seems important for the anniversary sub, but I have yet to see a write up on just normal 14060s. Anyone able to shed any light?
