Painted hands on the Explorer Polar

Hello Rolex Polar owners!
At my local Rolex dealer I had the chance to get my hands on a Explorer II Polar. What I noticed is, that the sides of the hands are not painted very well. The bare metal looks through or the look partially sanded and painted. As they did not have a second one to compare to, let me ask: Is this the matter with this model general or are the hands on your Polars painted perfect, even on the sides and at the center?

Thank you

Stephan
