Help with restoring 6538

Hello,

I'm in possession of my grandfather's Rolex Submariner 6538 that was bought in 1958.

As you can see the bezel is missing and the crystal is quite scratched. The face and hands appear to be in quite poor condition too. Bracelet is ref number 9315 and I still have the original receipt.

I was wondering how to go about getting it restored, and if it was possible to replace any parts with parts from that year, and possibly a value estimate.

I'm based in Australia.
