Next watch, Longines Legend Diver vs Grand Seiko quartz

I'm trying to decide between two very different watches for my next purchase, a 37mm quartz Grand Seiko (sbgx261) and the 42mm Longines Legend Diver date:




I'm dressed casually virtually all the time. This is the rest of my collection with X's over a couple watches I am selling.




I know these are completely unrelated choices, and it all comes down to taste. However, I'd love to hear some thoughts one way or the other.
