Hi guys,

I think it's only fair for me to thank Padi personally in front of all you guys for the way he's been helping me with my computer challenged brain.

He's been doing all this over skype and I have to admire his patience, perseverance and politeness as he ran me through several steps along the way.

Of course, the PC was so contaminated with the TROJAN HORSES, that Padi too eventually couldn't do much. A technician came in and brought the PC back 36 hours later all cleaned up and ready to go...with the latest version of Anti-Norton in place.
