Icon14 RSCBH experience

Just wanted to share with all of you my experience at RSCBH.

i have been noticing since i got my gmtiic that it always ran 3-5 seconds slower everyday and as of yesterday was a consistent 5 seconds slow. I decided to take the watch down to RSCBH to have it regulated. The staff was very kind and they immediately tended to my request; no hesitation whatsoever to handle the watch. I requested the watch be set to +2-3/day. They simply had me fill out paperwork and let me know that they will need about 30 minutes to regulate the watch.

As i waited i indulged in free snacks, water and their back issues of the rolex magazine; i felt like i was waiting for my car to be serviced. When the watch was finished, the worker came out and invited me to see the watch on a machine that measured the timing, they assured me the watch was at the specification that i wanted.

The experience was awesome but the drive and parking was a little out of the way. I would definitely recommend going to a RSC rather than an AD, its like not taking your own car to the dealer but rather a jiffy lube haha.
