SS Daytona, GMT2c or Milgauss?

Hi All,

Newbie here. Never knew this site existed! I thought I knew a bit about Rolex, but wow! how much more have I learnt…

Just wanted to get some kinda feedback/ points of view over the above mentioned pieces and its current market. Obviously I like all three (although I haven’t seen the Milgauss in the flesh yet) but not sure which one to go for...

The other thing is that an AD called me last Saturday to let me know that an SS Daytona with Black Dial had arrived… after 3½ year wait. I think I prefer the white dial and hence turned it down… was that a bad move? Another AD called on the same day to tell me that a Black Dial Milgauss was available and offered with a 10% discount (without even haggling!)

But then I really like the GMT2c….

With the credit crunch – do you think it's better to wait and see if there are any further discounts available?
