Rating the condition of a watch

Just curious if there is a general guideline on rating the condition of a watch. I know it's pretty subjective, but thought I'd ask. I have my watches listed for sale and don't want to mislead anyone, which is why I'm asking. Pictures can often be misleading as well.

What would you folks consider mint condition?

Looking forward to your responses.
