Rolex GMT Master 1675, Mark IV dial, Mid-font red back insert, box & books - Correct

Up for sale is my Rolex GMT Reference 1675 Mark IV dial with mid-font, red back insert in excellent condition. Circa year 1975, based on the 4.03m serial number. You are looking at a correct, vintage set which includes correct, original inner and outer boxes, both booklets, plus hang tag. The original paper/certificate is not included with this watch. This piece has wonderful, creamy markers with original lume plots (no chipping). Tritium hands match the tritium dial (no color matching has been done, these are original). Great vintage set. Price $15,000.

CASE: Absoutely excellent ~ Thick even case with chamfers present. Very small scratch on case side at one lug, just below the hole. Could be taken out with cape cod cloth.

CASE BACK: Stamped 1675.

SERIAL AND REFERENCE NUMBERS: Crisp and well defined between the lugs: Serial number 4.03 million, circa 1975. See Photos.

DIAL/HANDS: Wonderful, genuine tritium Mk IV dial has warm, creamy hour plots with matching tritium hands. Even thick tritium markers throughout. No chipping of lume on the hour markers. Correct date wheel.

INSERT: Correct, Mid-Font Red Back Insert, with a small chip on the inside, just to the right of the triangle at 12 o'clock position.

MOVEMENT: Running COSC, Rolex caliber 1570 is clean and keeping great time. Serviced a couple of years ago, so it has some time left before a service should be required.

BRACELET: 78360 Oyster Bracelet with 580 End Links show almost no stretch. Crown on clasp is standing tall, looking great! This bracelet is stamped 1/76, which matches the vintage of the piece.

I am a watch collector and enthusiast and am in no way affiliated with Rolex.

Guaranteed authentic and vintage as described above. Purchased from one of the TS, here in this forum (one of the most well-regarded authorities on GMTs). Contact: Grant. [email protected] or (205) 706-1389. Return accepted within 3 days of your receipt of item. Thanks for looking and call with any questions. I know these kinds of items generate questions. I am glad to answer them, and just to visit with another WIS!
