Air-King Doubts

Always on the hunt for a bargain, I've been eyeballing this pre-owned Rolex Air-King (please forgive the photo from behind jewelry store glass) and I have my doubts about this dial. There are similar Air-Kings that used these hands and indices, but if you look there is no "Swiss" designation at the bottom of the dial at all. The guy at the store insists its legit from the 1960s and was worked on at the store, but I think the dial is pretty telling on this one. I got to handle it and I do believe it's a Rolex, but that dial is a deal breaker for me. Am I right? Looks like a restoration gone bad at best.
