Rolex Two tone Gmt 2016 Bracelet Query

Hi Folks
Just a quick Question.
Can Bracelets from the same Rolex Gmt model no and year and style in this case a 2016 watch be swapped over and not be noticable also does the orginal bracelet have to stay with the original watch due to serial no ids.

The reason i ask is that i was curious as to whether companies like watchfinder are or could be swapping bracelets that are in better condition than say on another watch so as to make up a better watch.
Thanks
Keith
