114060 becoming vintage with me
I currently own a sub ND. I always see great vintage subs on here in the pictures. My thinking on it is I am not going to purchase a vintage sub but rather I am going to let my sub become vintage as the years roll by and I become vintage myself.
Which brings me to my question.... how many on here with a vintage Rolex (sub or other) are either the original owner or it was passed down to you from the original owner and not a purchase (i.e. you are wearing the sub your father bought thirty years ago and then gave to you). I am not saying there is anything wrong with buying a straight up vintage watch. I am just curious how many people who wear one have gone through 25+ years with it. |
