Black Bay Bronze Bucherer edition

I've got a BB Bucherer edition from a reseller recently. According to him the watch was bought by a customer and sold through him.

But:

1. The box is different from what i saw from the internet- it has a black interior instead of brown leather. And the watch is placed vertically instead of horizontally like what i saw in the internet?
2. Theres no hangtag from Bucherer
3. Theres no Bucherer brochure or anything from Bucherer.

Isn't it weird how the first buyer got the watch and did not get anything that mentions Bucherer on it?

And isn't the watch only available from a Bucherer boutique?
