Only have myself to blame...

Hi again guys, so I originally posted i had dinged my GMT bezel and after a few great responses I liked the idea of moving the bezel insert to sit on the area of the ding which would be leas inconspicuous i.e. the 6. It was my first time taking the bezel off. I tried and got it off, moved the bezel around as intended but tried to fit it back and it got stuck! I then tried to remove the bezel off using the same original technique and moved from this situation regarding the lower right lug:

To this!

I completely messed up the right lug! It was smooth and clean and now its dented! So painful to look at. And to make things worse: the bezel is stuck and won’t turn. I’ve really messed this up.

I’m taking it to RSC London this week to help me with, but my question is (despite having just got this back from service):
A) can they sort the lug I have damaged out, what will they do and how much would it cost; and
B) what have I done wrong to get the bezel stuck in the first place?

Never doing this bezel insert change myself ever again!

Thanks!
