Shipping out of State soon to be useless?

Without getting into all the details of the Wayfair case, which may potentially result in all internet and catalog sales eventually being subject to sales tax across the US, any thoughts on whether this will apply to ADs shipping watches across state lines? I assume most grays with an internet presence would certainly be affected. The days of deferring sales tax at the time of purchase, may be coming to an end.
