How much does a sales person at an AD make?

Seems like a job I would be very interested in as I would be around watches that I love everyday! and get to talk about them with people from all over the city and world. It seems that it’s the sales people at an AD who have a lot of leverage in terms of who gets what watch and when..

Also, if you’re a sales person for a Rolex AD and you’re interested in one of the latest and hottest watches e.g., DaytonaC, SS Pepsi, do you get auto added to a list? or get a discount? wonder how that works. Thx!
