I have bought off Chrono 24 and there is real peace of mind in the delay-of-payment to the seller. Think I have sold one or two, also, but watchuseek creeps in there, too. Anyway, I have never had anything but success at prices I was willing to pay off Chrono 24. Gawd forbid, I've never received any nasty surprises on opening my purchases.
It is one form of market research. Sometimes there is stuff posted that seems ridonculously overpriced, more rarely it goes the other way ...a recent posting for an 1803 on president bracelet for less than $9,000 comes to mind. Anyway, it is a useful and reliable source that really benefits the buyer. If you can sell ...whatever ...on The Forum ....so much the more profitable for the seller. -chris |
