I’m about to buy a Sub ND from february 2018 from an unknown seller (114060 is 18 month wait at my AD right now...) and it has the full set. If the serial on the card is the same inside the bezel, does it means it’s ligit?

Also, the watch was bought at an AD near my home, so should I get there for authentification?
