Hope to help any fellow members as I was assisted in some recent travels. The forum is always giving and I think its right to also give credit where its due.

Member GfromMT suggested I speak to his wife to help with some of my reservations namely the St Regis & Four Seasons. I am sure glad I did because her value is priceless. The cost to me was ZERO but the gain was fantastic. Not only did we gain a competent personable dialogue but we also gained:
- Free daily breakfast
- An additional resort credit
- A 3 tier room upgrade

Kristen get's "it" and is a very good person. She has personal contacts at the resorts and follows up on her promises. She even tried to reach out to the other two hotels she has no affiliations with to see if they can offer any additional benefits.
