I used to drink about 2 glasses of 2% a day, plus cereal milk, up until I went paleo 2 years ago (at the behest of my wife...). Off and on, I would drink it anyway. I'm off paleo now, but my wife only buys us skim, which is worse than water, IMO, but with a 1-year old in the house, we also have whole milk, so I steal a few chugs of his on a routine basis. My wife is so proud that he's drinking so much of it! HA!
