Great Pictures! The movement itself is not that complex, but the scale of the movement means that a good watchmaker must be as steady as a surgeon and as sober as a judge, it is extreme precision.

It is a shame that the Bulova School closed down, at one time it was the finest school for watch making in the world. It was founded to teach disabled veterans a trade after WWII. Amazing the respect that was garnered by the Military and Law Enforcement in those days.

A rolex overhaul should include, gaskets, tube and crown, and the mainspring. Those parts along with the labor make an overhaul an expensive proposition.
