Advice on this Submariner; Buy or Pass?

Hello, I am new here, but not new to watches. I have been doing quite a bit of searching for a Rolex Sub 14060 and I have found one that I may be able to purchase for a decent price. The problem is that it is out of my area and I can only see photos of the watch prior to pulling the trigger. The watch has a few blemishes, to include one ding over the 5 minute marker that has me a bit worried (picture attached). The shop owner says that he has an expert repair guy who can sort it out and will include this repair as part of the deal. What do you guys think? Is this something that should be addressed? Would it be better left for the RSC at some future date? I have my doubts that this ding can be repaired at all. Thoughts?

In addition to the above ding, the bezel has a couple a minor scratches (picture attached). The watch is freshly serviced (also polished...not crazy about that) and has no other reported imperfections. Additionally, the shop has a no questions return policy if I am not satisfied. If I arrive at an agreeable price is this a watch I should consider buying, or passing on?

Thanks for your advice!

I hope the photos attach properly
