While finishing up my christmas shopping today at the oakridge shopping center I ventured into montecristo jewelers to have a look see at the rollies. Lots and lots in stock gmt2c's, no SS daytonas to speak of though. Then of course being a total freak about the GV I had a sixth sense that they had one inside(nothing in the display however). The sales lady took me aside, and showed me one that they had presold just to take a look at her.
"WOW"! one sexy watch the GV is and still at premium prices though $12,000 Canadian! I thought that was a rip off and felt sorry for the person who bought it. So my dilemma after talking to the saleslady is; In january some of you may know im going to hongkong with my wife and her sister to get a GV. I just want to feel assured that I can grab one and not pay the equevelent of 12G's canadian. Does anyone think thats over priced ? Personally after seeing ones here(TRF) bnib for like 6500 or so usd I think thats overpriced. Now im worried that im not going to be able to pick one up in HK wich would be a shame because I worked hard and lusted over this watch for like a year now. Any thoughts folks? should I just wait longer

that would make me cry frankly. Any thoughts are appreciated
