Quick 16700 Bezel Question

Hi all,

I was recently at my local go-to preowned watch dealer to look at a Pepsi 16700. The watch is in decent shape but one thing that kind of threw me off was the bezel. I assumed the bezel would be a bidirectional bezel instead of a unidirectional bezel like a sub. Does anyone know if this is incorrect/shady?
