Just picked up my Tudor BB GMT...
Just picked up my Tudor BB GMT from Emerson Haig, Lakeside, Essex - they managed to get one for me just before the Christmas closure at Tudor - one of the last watch deliveries...Many thanks to the team there for doing their best on this for me, especially Sam Journet that kept me updated with timeframes and what was happening - being open, honest and frank about these watches (a refreshing change from some other ADs I have used in the past)..😀👍
The watch itself is amazing - very easy to wear and with the chamfers at the bottom edge making it look visually thinner than it actually measures - a very clever idea from Tudor there.👍 Pictures below show the GMT within the rest of my collection (resting on my Tudor scarf from Basel a few years ago): BB Blue (ETA), BB Black (ETA), BB GMT, BB36 (ETA), my wife's BB36 (ETA)....Just the BB58 to go now, which I am waiting on. 😉 My Tudor collection also complements my Rolex collection nicely - and as Rolex SA was actually one of my clients four years ago, I know what goes into getting these watches being made.. |
