Is this seller or Sea Dweller legit?

I'm new to this forum, so I want to thank everyone in advance.

My wife got me a Z series SD for Christmas from ebay. Here is the link to the auction that ended:

The watch came w/ box only, eventhough it says NIB. I went to petemiller site and found that the band didn't have the serial number 93160 stamped on the inside of the bracelet by the lugs, only the inside of the clasp is stamped 93160A.

My questions to TRF members are:

1. Does the watch look authentic just viewing it from the listing pics?

2. Has anyone heard of this seller before?
