If you are using Microsoft Windows and suspect a file called SAM is a virus or a trojan or a key logger, DO NOT DELETE IT!!!
Unfortunately, I did delete it and later realised that this is the Security Account Manager (SAM). As a result I toasted my computer OS and it is now at the repair shop  So not much from me until it is repaired.
