Icon20 Help to identify my Rolex

Hi,
I have been handed down a Ladies 9ct Gold Rolex watch from my mother, I am trying to identify what model it is a value would be nice too.
It was bought in 1963 in Leeds UK for £32 and came with a black suede strap this was later replaced by Rolex for a gold one of which I have the reciept from Rolex, I have the original sale bill, outer box, service bill for £170 and original instruction book which says in it 4045 17107 (maybe the serial No)
It is unmarked, it has an hallmark near the winder, and on the face says Rolex and precision.
I have enclosed photos of it and hope that someone can help me identify it.
Thanks
Christine
