What is overpolished?Not Polished?

Hi Guys

I normally dont pay much attention, but recently few of my friends ask or told me that watch is over polished?

Bought it pre-owned from one of the well known seller here in TRF and No, I didnt ask about the polishing.

Can you guys with your eagle-eye please help to confirm?
I never really pay attention, until someone said "why is the lug on the crown side is narrower/thin than the other side"

I had to removed the bracelet and check for my self and kinda can see the what they are talking about.
Watch is Y serial and it does look one side is smaller even though I can still feel it is sharp

Any thoughts, Inputs, Ideas as I am totally blank on this

thanks heaps
