For me, it depends if I am playing with a glove or not. If I'm not playing with a glove, and not wearing something large (like a SD43 or SDDS), I generally play with it on. From their start, Rolex has become famous for the extreme conditions in which they have performed. I am sure if the older models could handle summiting Everest, the modern ones can handle a leisurely day of golf.
