California NEXUS tax law effective April 1, 2019
as far as I understand, if I shipped a watch to CT ( which started their own nexus law dec 2018) before April 1st, then the retailer would not be obligated to collect tax from me.

(the retailer has a presence in CA but not CT)

After April 1st, any thoughts?
