The whole Navitimer 8 range is to be renamed as Aviator 8 at Baselworld, due to much confusion and backlash against naming it a Navitimer (and I probably agree).

However I do think it is a fairly nice and elegant watch, especially compared to what have been some of Breitlings more gaudy, loud and shiny designs of years past. I don’t own one but have tried it on. It is much nicer in real life, the build quality is fantastic and it wears very nicely because of the short tapered lugs.
