Awful pictures - assumption -> a Rolex?


Story as follow: This is a brand new watch that my father gave me never worn but he gave me a new one so i dont need two of them. As I have siad never been worn, still in box with tag, two toned buitiful watch, with diamonds on the hour timers. The watch never needs to be winded, keeps tine, date, and day of week.
