Genuine Tudor Dial?

Is this an original genuine dial? It states it's a 74000 from the 1990's with an ETA 2824-2. Wouldn't it have a fluted gold bezel to go with the gold crown and hands?

On closer inspection I see a defect at 12:00.

The description states: This is a very unusual model which includes a dark burgundy red sunburst vignette dial set with 10 brilliant cut VS1-F diamonds at the hour marks all set in 18k gold. The 18k Gold Rolex underscored motif crown.

I've always wanted a DJ vignette dial with diamonds and this is a much cheaper alternative.

Is it real?
